User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the — Agreement) regulates the relations between «Zoo Sevimlilər» LLC (hereinafter referred to as the — Company) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the — User) utilizing the services, information, and products of the zoosevimliler.az online store.

1.2. Registration on the online store website, placing an order, or accessing any pages of the website shall be deemed as full and unconditional acceptance (Acceptance) of the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. New terms become effective immediately upon their publication on the website.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. Obligations of the User:

• • Provide only accurate, true, and up-to-date information during registration or checkout.
• • Do not use any automated systems, software, or scripts that may disrupt or damage the operation of the website.
• • Maintain the confidentiality of personal account credentials (login and password) and do not disclose them to third parties.

2.2. Rights and Obligations of the Company:

• • Protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the “Privacy Policy”.
• • Ensure continuous operation of the website and services, while reserving the right to temporary suspensions for technical maintenance or due to force majeure circumstances.
• • Block or delete profiles of users who violate the terms of this User Agreement without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payments

3.1. Prices for the products displayed on the website are listed in Azerbaijani Manats (₼) and include all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change by the Company without prior notice.

3.2. Order delivery and payment terms are regulated on the respective Delivery and Payment page of the website.

3.3. Points earned within the bonus program and the rules for their usage are determined by the Company’s internal loyalty policy and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the improper use of materials, products, or services available on the website by the User.

4.2. The website may contain links to external internet resources. The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of these third-party websites.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. All visual materials, logos, texts, design elements, and software available on the zoosevimliler.az website are the exclusive property of «Zoo Sevimlilər» LLC. Any copying, distribution, or utilization of these materials on other resources without the explicit written permission of the Company is strictly prohibited.
